To Apply Wet: Dampen the sponge with water and squeeze out any excess water.
Using the damp sponge, pick up a small amount of powder and apply evenly by pressing onto the skin.
To Apply Dry: Using a sponge or powder brush, pick up a small amount of powder and apply from the center of the face sweeping outwards. To build coverage apply more by tapping over areas where needed.
