The warm setting with red light maintains a comfortable temperature of 107.6 F and is great for improving skin’s elasticity, as well as reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps with the absorption of skincare products. 

The cool setting with blue light (50 degrees F) helps to reduce inflammation, breakouts, and acne. With regular use it may relieve rosacea and shrink pores.
