Flouncy skirt drapes smoothly from an elastic waistband and features a removable ribbon garter (the Skitch, included) that buttons to the waistband, keeping a portion of the skirt raised to show off a pair of coordinating shorts. After reaching your destination, the Skitch can be worn down or removed, leaving what's underneath your own little secret. Pairs well with our Bloomers and Pettipants.
